Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

- Delivery times may vary based on the destination, item size, and carrier availability.
- We deliver across Australia. If your delivery address is in a remote area, additional delivery time and costs may apply.
Damages
Space Haven is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. Customers are advised to address any issues or claims related to transit damage directly with the shipping carrier.

- If your items arrive damaged, contact the courier within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the damage.
- Retain all original packaging for claims and assessments.
Local Pickups
For pickups, please bring your ID (eg. drivers license) and confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Satchels and Boxes
All satchels and boxes are marked as "Authority to Leave." It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the site address and delivery instructions provided are accurate and complete.

Larger Building Materials and Palletised Items
Larger building materials and palletised items are delivered to the curbside. Customers are responsible for unloading these items from the delivery truck and must ensure adequate unloading facilities are available. Additional costs and fees may apply if special equipment or services are required for unloading or if delivery needs to be reattempted.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange unloading from the delivery truck, including providing suitable unloading equipment or facilities, such as forklifts or cranes if required.
- Our delivery service does not include manual unloading.
