SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA — Space Haven has announced Space One, a modular building designed for commercial and hospitality developments. By utilising sustainable materials and steel structural components, Space One ensures robust commercial-grade performance and durability. The lineup introduces an all-new interior design with 12 custom layouts, each reflecting the luminous qualities of a barefoot luxury experience. Accommodation design features include light oak veneer walls, engineered timber oak floors, natural timber finishes, and fixtures in blackened steel. Each model boasts an outdoor canopy and floor-to-ceiling glass to capture expansive views, while select models feature an ensuite and culinary cove. The next-generation modular platform enables faster and more efficient expansion of structures and multi-unit developments using modern methods of off-site manufacturing.

Space One will be available in five bold colours: Stealth Black, White, Desert Sand, Sage, and Space Grey. Orders commence in January 2025, with first deliveries in Australia scheduled for early 2025.

Space One marks the beginning of a new era for Space Haven, featuring a 10.9-inch touchscreen display that provides users with greater control. With expansive floor-to-ceiling glass entrances, three spacious footprints to choose from, energy-efficient double-glazed toughened glass, and high thermal insulation due to a thicker framework, this is the perfect time for property owners and builders to upgrade or transition to Space One.

The 10.9-inch touchscreen unlocks innovative ways for users to enhance their space. System-wide apps allow users to control lighting, audio, solar energy, and integrate their own appliances and third-party accessories.

Space One is designed to be beautiful and built to last. Thanks to its industry-leading durability, including strong steel and eco timber composite cladding, a waterproof and dust-resistant design, a relocatable floor system base, and advanced design technology, Space One retains its value longer than any other conventional modular building. Prefabrication of Space One is 15% faster than the previous generation models, up to 80% quicker than traditional timber construction methods, and up to 75% less material wastage.

The internal design has been re-engineered to provide enhanced insulation in walls and roofs for improved thermal management while simplifying service and maintenance. These upgrades result in significant energy efficiency improvements. Available in larger Space One Plus and Space One Max sizes, the kitchen and bathroom layouts deliver an exceptional experience tailored to both accommodation and commercial needs.

The innovative floor system further elevates the Space One lineup. Features include detachable transportation beams and a high-precision purlin system, which allows the building to be easily relocated from factory to site. The subfloor adds additional protection to the interior against the elements.
